رسوم الإلغاء
- سيتم خصم رسوم إلغاء بنسبة 3% من مبلغ استردادك للطلبات عبر الإنترنت التي تم إلغاؤها بعد معالجة الدفع.
استردادات الطلبات الملغاة
- ستتم معالجة استردادات الطلبات الملغاة إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7-10 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الإلغاء.
الاستثناءات
- لا يمكن إلغاء الطلبات المخصصة أو الطلبات الخاصة بمجرد معالجتها.

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Exclusions
Customized orders or special requests cannot be canceled once processed.
