في SIGNALS، نحن ملتزمون بتقديم منتجات عالية الجودة. تضمن سياستنا للضمان أنك مغطى في حالة وجود عيوب أو أعطال.
تغطية الضمان
- جميع المنتجات الجديدة المشتراة من SIGNALS تأتي مع ضمان ضد عيوب التصنيع لمدة سنة واحدة من تاريخ الشراء.
- يغطي الضمان الإصلاحات أو الاستبدالات للعناصر المعطلة ولكنه لا يغطي الأضرار الناجمة عن الاستخدام السيئ أو الحوادث أو الإصلاحات غير المصرح بها.
تقديم طلب الضمان

- تقديم التفاصيل: قم بتضمين رقم الطلب، ووصف المشكلة، وأي صور ذات صلة للعنصر المعطوب.
- تفويض العودة: سنوفر لك رقم تفويض العودة وتعليمات لإرجاع العنصر.
- التفتيش: عند استلام العنصر المرتجع، سنقوم بتفتيشه لتحديد ما إذا كان مغطى بالضمان.
- الحل: إذا تمت الموافقة، سنقوم بإصلاح العنصر أو استبداله دون أي تكلفة عليك.
القيود
- لا يغطي الضمان التآكل العادي، والأضرار التجميلية، أو الأضرار الناجمة عن الإهمال أو الاستخدام السيئ.
- ستستمر العناصر التي تم إصلاحها أو استبدالها بموجب الضمان في أن تكون مغطاة خلال فترة الضمان الأصلية.

At SIGNALS, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Our warranty policy ensures that you are covered in case of defects or malfunctions.
Warranty Coverage
All new products purchased from SIGNALS come with a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers repairs or replacements of defective items but does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
Claiming Warranty
Contact Us: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at info@signalsjo.com or +962792680803 within the warranty period.
Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant images of the defective item.
Return Authorization: We will provide a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to determine if it is covered by the warranty.
Resolution: If approved, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
Limitations
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by negligence or misuse.
Items repaired or replaced under warranty will continue to be covered under the original warranty period.
