في SIGNALS، نسعى لضمان رضاك عن كل عملية شراء. إذا لم تكن راضيًا تمامًا، يرجى مراجعة سياسة الاسترداد الخاصة بنا أدناه.
الأهلية لاسترداد الأموال
- تتوفر استردادات الأموال لـ المنتجات الجديدة وغير المستخدمة خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الشراء.
- يجب أن تكون العناصر في عبواتها الأصلية، بما في ذلك جميع الملحقات والدلائل والمستندات.
- خدمات الإصلاح و المنتجات المخصصة غير قابلة للاسترداد ما لم يتم إتمام الخدمة كما هو متفق عليه.
العناصر غير القابلة للاسترداد
- المنتجات المتضررة بسبب الاستخدام السيئ أو المعالجة الخاطئة.
- البرامج المفتوحة، المنتجات الرقمية، والسلع الاستهلاكية.
- العناصر المباعة كـ “بيع نهائي” أو “كما هي”.
عملية طلب الاسترداد
- اتصل بنا: لطلب استرداد، يرجى الاتصال بنا على info@signalsjo.com أو +962792680803 خلال 3 أيام من استلام العنصر.
- تفويض العودة: ستوفر لك فرقنا رقم تفويض العودة وتعليمات لإعادة العنصر.
- إرجاع العنصر: بمجرد الحصول على التفويض، أعد العنصر في حالته الأصلية إلى عنواننا: عمان، الدائرة السابعة، بجوار DHL.
- التفتيش: عند استلام العنصر المرتجع، سنقوم بتفتيشه للتأكد من أنه يفي بمعايير الاسترداد.
- الموافقة على الاسترداد: إذا تمت الموافقة، سيتم معالجة الاسترداد إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7-10 أيام عمل.
الاستردادات للعمليات الشرائية عبر الإنترنت
- بالنسبة للطلبات التي تمت عبر الإنترنت باستخدام MEPS Visa أو طرق الدفع الأخرى، سيتم إيداع الاستردادات في طريقة الدفع الأصلية.
- سيتم تطبيق رسوم إلغاء بنسبة 3% على الطلبات الملغاة ما لم يكن الإلغاء نتيجة لخطأ من جانبنا.
الاستبدالات

رسوم الشحن
- رسوم الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد.
- رسوم شحن الإرجاع هي مسؤولية العميل ما لم يكن الإرجاع بسبب عنصر معيب أو غير صحيح.

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for new and unused items within 3 days of the purchase date.
Items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Repair services and customized products are non-refundable unless the service was not completed as agreed.
Non-Refundable Items
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
Opened software, digital products, and consumables.
Items sold as “Final Sale” or “As-Is.”
Process for Requesting a Refund

Return Authorization: Our team will provide a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
Return the Item: Once authorized, return the item in its original condition to our address: Amman, 7th Circle, beside DHL.
Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund criteria.
Refund Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refunds for Online Purchases
For orders made online using MEPS Visa or other payment methods, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
A 3% cancellation fee will apply for canceled orders unless the cancellation was due to an error on our part.

Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Damaged or Defective Items
